We are less than a week away from the reopening of Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Since the parks will be reopening soon, people have been wondering about the complimentary transportation options on property.
Disney recently shared the dates of when some of the transportation will be starting up again. The buses are already running, because some of the resorts are open, but the other transportation options have not been running, as of yet. In the announcement Disney gave start dates for the monorail, ferry boats, and the Skyliner.
Transportation Restart Dates
- Monorail: July 7
- Ferry Boats: July 7
- Skyliner: July 15
Disney said that they will announce the restart dates for water transportation and the Minnie Van service at a later date. Even if there aren’t dates for all of the transportation options it’s still exciting, because it means we are getting closer to the opening of the parks. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom will open on July 11, and Epcot and Hollywood Studios will open on July 15. See Disney’s announcement below.
