Last week I posted the above picture and asked for questions as to where it was located. As always, there were some good guesses, but four people knew where to find the wallpaper.
Congratulations to Caroline, Melanie, John, and Robbie, who all knew the wallpaper can be found at the Grand Floridian. This picture was taken in the hallways of the Big Pine Key building with the Resort Studio rooms, which you can see a review of here. As you can see from the pictures of the room, the wallpaper in the hallway matches the color scheme in the rooms very well. I’m not usually a big fan of pastel colors in room design, but it works with the design in this building.
The Grand Floridian is Disney’s flagship resort and it’s very elegant in its design. Looking at the outside of the hotel you can see the Victorian theme, but that continues as you enter the buildings. This is a Magic Kingdom resort, so it has monorail access, as well as a walkway and boat service to Magic Kingdom. The resort also has restaurants, lounges, shopping, and spa services.
