The Disney Pin Celebration 2016 will be themed as a Pixar Party to celebrate 30 years of Pixar. Given all the great movies Pixar has created over the years, there is a lot to celebrate!
According to Disney Parks Blog, the party will take place at World ShowPlace in Epcot. The pins for the party will have characters from the popular Pixar movies that have been made over the years.
There are two dates available for the party:
- August 26 from 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- August 27 from 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Here is what comes with the admission price of $140:
- Trading Board Games (four vouchers per day)
- A Scavenger Hunt
- Auction Opportunity
- Meet Disney Pin Merchandisers
- Artist Signings with Disney Design Group Artists
- A $30 Disney Gift Card
These will also be offered at the party:
Party guests will have the first chance to pre-purchase certain Pixar Party themed merchandise with the Random Selection Process- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts
- Welcome Pin
- Scavenger Hunt Six Pin Gift Set
- Goodbye Pin Set
There’s also a breakfast buffet that guests can enjoy. It’s called “Little Chef” Breakfast and will take place at the party venue from 8:30 a.m. – 10 a.m. Those attending the breakfast will also receive a limited-edition commemorative gift pin.

Tickets will be on sale starting today (April 28, 2016) at 2 p.m. (EST) on DisneyParksMerchandise.com.
The party sounds like a lot of fun, especially if you are into pin trading. The price is steep, but it looks like you are getting a lot for the price.
