At Hollywood Studios, guests can join Minnie and friends for different seasonal themed meals at Hollywood & Vine. It’s called Minnie’s Seasonal Dine and lunch has just been added as an option for this character meal.
Disney has announced that on May 14, in addition to dinner, lunch will also be included as an option for Minnie’s Seasonal Dine. Guests have enjoyed these themed dinners, so it makes sense for Disney to expand the themes to the lunch hours.
Every few months the themes for Minnie’s Seasonal Dine change, which means the characters attire changes too. For instance, from now until March 19 the theme is Minnie’s Silver Screen Dine and all the characters are dressed in there Hollywood attire. Before that it was Minnie’s Holiday Dine, and of course the characters were all dressed up for the holidays. The different themes and different outfits at each themed meal are fun. Plus, the characters make the rounds and visit each table for autographs and pictures.
Right now, the Disney Junior Play ‘n’ Dine character meals happen at both breakfast and lunch at Hollywood & Vine. So, once Minnie’s Seasonal Dine takes over the lunch hours the Disney Junior characters will only be at breakfast.
Character Meal Times:
- Breakfast with Disney Junior Play ‘n’ Dine: 8 -10:20 a.m.
- Lunch with Minnie’s Seasonal Dine: 11:20 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Dinner with Minnie’s Seasonal Dine: 3:30 p.m. – close
Minnie’s Seasonal Dine is a buffet/family style meal, the cost is $50 per adult/$30 per child (plus tax and gratuity), and some dining plans are accepted. Hollywood & Vine is located in the Echo Lake area of Hollywood Studios.

We will be at Disney World the last week in June just wondering what costumes the characters will have on then
Hi Christine!
Last year it was called Minnie’s Summertime Dine and it was a beach inspired theme. I’m guessing it’s going to have the same theme this year, so the characters will probably be in beach day outfits.
We were there for Halloween and it was awesome seeing all of the characters in their Halloween costumes!! Loved it!
Hi Claudia!
It sounds like a fun time! Thank you for sharing your experience 🙂
