Disney World has definitely gotten better about offering healthier food options in recent years. They have also been pretty good about making accommodations for different food allergies at the restaurants.
Recently, someone left a comment asking about sugar-free options in Disney World. To answer her question I decided to explore Disney’s website to see what they offer. I ended up with quite a list.
There are a lot of restaurants that offer sugar-free or no sugar added desserts. If you don’t see anything on the menu you can always ask.
Here is the list I came up with from Disney’s website:

Have you tried any of the sugar-free/no sugar added items in Disney World?
Thanks for reading!

Hi Sharon!
Glad you can use the list. It’s good to know where to find things like this 🙂
Are there any shops that sells sugar Free Candy or treats in any of the parks?
I’m pretty sure I have seen sugar-free candy in stores, but I’m not sure which ones. I think Goofy’s Candy Co. (in Disney Springs) sells sugar-free treats and there are Goofy’s Candy Co. items that are sold in stores in the parks. So some of the sugar-free items may be available in the parks as well.
This is amazing thank you we are going to Disney world in May and I was trying to find sugar free desserts I will be using this list
