One of the bonuses to purchasing the Memory Maker is all the PhotoPass pictures you get access to. Included in those pictures are different Magic Shots taken by the photographer.

Find Out What Magic Shots Are Available Before You Get to the Parks
One of the really fun parts about the Disney PhotoPass system is the Magic Shots that are available. You can usually tell which ones you are going to get by the poses the cast members have you make, but not always.
New Animated Magic Shot Available in Magic Kingdom
I love that Disney offers the Memory Maker. It gives you the opportunity to have your picture taken by the PhotoPass Photographers as much as you want for one price. In addition to regular pictures, the photographers also take Magic Shots.
Toy Story Magic Shot in Magic Kingdom
Disney Parks Blog posted this Magic Shot today. These are so much fun! Have you seen the different Magic Shots that are available at the different parks?
If you have Memory Maker you will be able to download the different animated shots and save them. For the one that was posted by Disney Parks Blog today, ask a PhotoPass Photographer in Frontierland for the Toy Story Magic Shot.
For our next trip I’m going to make a list of the Magic Shot locations and see if we can get them all. The animations are so cute!
Thanks for reading!

Memory Maker
What is Memory Maker? It is a way to keep track of all the pictures that are taken in the parks by the Disney photographers. It’s pretty nice, because everyone gets to be in the picture.
We purchased the Memory Maker for our last trip, but they had just started using Memory Maker, so we were in the beginning stages. It still worked out well for us. We were able to link all of the pictures together for all of us staying in the 2 bedroom suite and we were able to view them throughout the entire trip.
How It Works
First, you want to make sure you have a My Disney Experience (MDE) account. This is your hub for everything relating to your vacation. Your MagicBands will be linked to this account and all your reservations and pictures will be linked through your MagicBands to the account.
Now that your MDE account is set up and your MagicBands are linked you can start using the Disney photographers to take your picture. They will scan your MagicBand before they take your picture, that’s why you need to have an MDE account. If you are lucky, it will be a photographer who will take a Magic Shot.
