Today’s dose of Disney brings us behind the scenes and into the kitchens of Disney.
A favorite treat for guests in both Disney World and Disneyland are the Mickey beignets. At Disney World you can find delicious sweet treats at Port Orleans French Quarter and in Disneyland you can find them in New Orleans Square. They are delicious and fluffy, so it’s not surprising that people seek these out on both coasts.
Disney is making it easy for fans who are missing the beignets to have them at home by releasing the recipe. The recipe they shared makes 10 large Mickey shaped beignets, so there will be plenty to go around. Find the printable recipe here. If you’re having trouble with the link you can print out the screenshot of the PDF Disney shared, which is below.
Disney has also released recipes for churro bites, plant-based cookie fries from Beaches & Cream, and the grilled cheese from Toy Story Land. Have you tried any of the recipes Disney has shared?
Hope this brought some magic to your day! Thanks for reading!
Liz

Hi Fran! That’s weird, I’m not sure why it isn’t loading for you. Here is the link that you can copy and paste for the printable recipe: https://cdn1.parksmedia.wdprapps.disney.com/media/blog/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/MickeyBeignetsRecipe.pdf
If that doesn’t work let me know and I can email you the PDF that Disney released.
