A lot of people will do “land and sea” vacations, where they book a Disney Cruise and some time in Disney World. So it helps to stay updated with the different itineraries that Disney has available and Disney has just released some new itineraries for summer 2017.
According to Disney Parks Blog, Disney Cruise Line will be offering first-time visits to areas in Alaska and Europe. Norway, the British Isles, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas will remain as destinations for 2017.
Here is some info about the different destinations:
- Alaska – Icy Strait Point and Hubbard Glacier (Disney Wonder)
- Nine-night Cruise
- Leaves from Vancouver, British Columbia on July 24, 2017
- Also sails to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, and Tracy Arm Fjord
- Some activities at Icy Strait Point:
- Zip Line
- Glacier Bay National Park
- Guests will also see Hubbard Glacier
- Seven-night Cruise
- This sails on July, 17, 2017
- Leaves from Vancouver, British Columbia
- Includes all the stops on the nine-night cruise, minus the Hubbard Glacier
- Five-night Cruise
- Sets sail on August 2, 2017
- Leaves from Vancouver, British Columbia
- This itinerary will sail to Tracy Arm and Ketchikan
- Nine-night Cruise
- Europe – Amsterdam and Stonehenge (Disney Magic)
- 15-night Transatlantic Crossing
- Sets sail on May 13, 2017
- Leaves from Port Canaveral, Florida and sails to Copenhagen
- Includes stops in Amsterdam and Portland, England
- Guests can see Stonehenge in Portland
- 10-night Cruise
- Sets sail on June 18, 2017
- Leaves from Copenhagen, Denmark
- Includes stops in Warnemunde (Berlin), Germany; Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland; St. Petersburg, Russia; and Tallinn, Estonia
- 15-night Transatlantic Crossing
- Southern Caribbean (Disney Fantasy)
- 11-night Cruise
- Sets sail on June 17, 2017
- Leaves from Port Canaveral
- Includes stops in Aruba, Barbados, Martinique, St. Kitts, Tortola, and Castaway Cay (Disney’s private island).
- 10-night Cruise
- Sets sail on June 28, 2017
- Leaves from Port Canaveral
- Includes stops to Aruba, Curacao, St. Kitts, Tortola, and Castaway Cay
- 11-night Cruise
- Two Stops at Castaway Cay (Disney Dream)
- Some 5-night sailings in the summer of 2017 will make two stops, each trip, to Castaway Cay:
- June 2, 11, 16, 25, 30
- July 9
- Some 4-night sailings will also make two stops to Castaway Cay:
- June 7 and 21
- July 5
- Both will also include a stop in Nassau, Bahamas
- Some 5-night sailings in the summer of 2017 will make two stops, each trip, to Castaway Cay:
