On the heels of the successful light up lantern PhotoPass picture, Disney has added a PhotoPass prop in Epcot too. You can find this new picture opportunity in the China Pavilion.
The new prop is a light up lotus flower and it looks like a fun prop to use! If you want your picture taken with the lotus flower, then you should head to the China Pavilion staring at 7:30 p.m. This is the same idea as the lantern picture, in that you have to wait until it starts to get dark to get the full effect of the prop.
I love that they are adding props like this for guests to use in pictures. The lantern pictures in Magic Kingdom look great and the lotus flower will make for a great picture too. It’s a little extra magic added to your already fun PhotoPass photos.
The Disney PhotoPass system offers guests the opportunity to have their picture taken by a PhotoPass photographer and it is saved to the My Disney Experience account. The pictures can be purchased individually or all together with the Memory Maker. The Memory Maker includes ride videos too.
