For a brief moment, those that were not able to be in Epcot for the celebration yesterday were able to purchase the special Figment Pop!. He was created for the 35th anniversary.
This adorable Pop! was available on both the shopDisney.com website and on the Shop Disney Parks app. The cost is $19.99, plus shipping and handling. Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, it did not take long for both to become sold out of Figment. I’m not sure if Disney will be getting more or if once they are gone, they’re gone. Guests may have more luck in Epcot than online, but not everyone is able to get to Epcot.
When popular items like this sell out you can usually count on people to take advantage of that. I looked on Amazon and on eBay to see what these were selling for. When I checked, there was nothing on Amazon yet. However, on eBay I saw people selling them for as much as $100. That’s sick. Please, please do not give these people your money. Funko makes new Pop! designs all the time and who knows, they may get more of these in stock.
I’ll keep an eye on the app and the website to see if more get added. Keeping my fingers crossed!
