The 2016 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival just ended on November 14, but the 2017 date have already been announced. The best part about the announcement is that the festival has been extended into August.
Disney has announced that the 2017 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will begin on August 31 and run until November 13. This means that we will have 75 days of Food & Wine Festival next year. It’s the first time the festival will run this long and the first time it starts in August.
The Food & Wine Festival offers guests a chance to try foods from around the world, which are sold in snack sizes. The smaller sizes are nice because you are able to try multiple different foods without getting full.
There are also fun seminars guests can take part in and, of course, the Eat to the Beat concert series. Another fun activity is the scavenger hunt, which guests can buy maps for in select shops. The festival has quite a bit for guests to experience and it is a favorite among a lot of people.
Don’t forget to get your passport as you travel around the world trying different foods. You can check them off as you go and get a stamp from each country you visit. It’s fun to flip through the book once you get home.
Have you ever been to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival?
