Magic Kingdom News: The Pirates League Will be Closing this July

The Pirates League is a fun place where kids can go and be made up like a pirate or a mermaid in Magic Kingdom. It’s been a pretty popular option over the years, but unfortunately it’s coming to an end this summer.

Disney has noted on the Pirates League page on their website that this experience will close on July 27, 2020. So there is still time to make an appointment if you are going to be in Disney World before the close date. I checked and it looks like there are still openings over the next few months that it will be in operation.

The Pirates League has different package options, like the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. The prices range depending on what is included with each package. Packages and prices are listed below.

Pirates League Packages

First Mate Package – $44.95

• • Facial effect to become Ghosted Pirate, Zombie, Captain Hook, Blackbeard or Black Eyed Jack

So if you are going to be in Disney World before July 27 and you have a little pirate that would enjoy this experience, you can check online to see if there is any availability. I’m not sure if some other experience will be going in the same location in its place, but I’ll keep a lookout for that information.
