With so many things already reopened in Disney World it’s been questioned when the remaining closed resorts would open. Today Disney made the announcement that they will all be reopened by the end of the year and they included reopening dates.
Both Port Orleans Resorts, All-Star Music, and All-Star Sports have all remained closed for over a year. Guests have been waiting for an announcement with a reopening date, so this is definitely welcome news.
Reopening Dates
- All-Star Music – Reopening September 16
- Port Orleans Riverside – Reopening October 14
- Port Orleans French Quarter – Reopening October 28
- All-Star Sports – Reopening December 9
Disney World will start accepting bookings for the above arrival dates on July 8, 2021. It’s been a while, but it looks like things are really starting to get back to normal. 🙂

Hey Liz, along with Port Orleans reopening, have you heard any info about the water taxis from Port Oreans to Disney Springs as well as DVC Resorts? We have been down 3 times this year so far and we can’t get any answer. Thank you so much for all your info. SK Rogers
