This is the month Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens, which means we get to experience that fun drop again! To celebrate the ride’s opening, there will be different treats available on Disney World property themed to the ride as well as the movie.
Most of these will be available beginning on June 28 through September 6. However, there are some exceptions with items being available for a shorter or longer period of time.
Magic Kingdom
Golden Oak Outpost (Available June 28 through September 6)
- Hot Honey Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries – Chicken nuggets tossed in hot sauce-honey served with New Orleans olive relish and Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries.
- Shrimp Gumbo with Sweet Potato Fries – Shrimp and Andouille sausage gumbo topped with Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries.
- Tiana’s Famous Beignets – Light, sweet, and fluffy beignets with powdered sugar and drizzled with honey.
Pinocchio Village Haus (Available June 28 through September 6)
- Peach Cobbler: Cinnamon panna cotta, peach cobbler, brown sugar streusel, and whipped cream with a Tiana chocolate piece.
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor (Available June 28 through September 6)
- Butter Pecan Praline Sundae – Butter pecan ice cream topped with praline sauce, spiced sauce, spiced pecans, and whipped cream.
The Plaza Restaurant (Available June 28 through September 6)
- Tiana’s Chantilly Cake – Vanilla chiffon cake, lemon chantilly, and fresh strawberries topped with a fondant flower and a Tiana chocolate piece.
The Friar’s Nook and Carts located around Cinderella Castle (This will be available beginning June 28 while supplies last. There is also a two per person, per transaction limit with this item)

Looking for something more savory or spicy? Starting on June 28, you can find Mama Odie’s Hot Sauce as well as Dooky Chase’s Seasonings (available in flavors Gumbo Base, Seafood Seasoning, Meat Seasoning, and Fried Chicken Seasoning) at the Emporium on Main Street U.S.A. Once Critter Co-Op opens the hot sauce and seasonings will be available there as well.
Joffrey’s Coffee is also offering a new coffee blend available at Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Co. in Disney Springs and also on Joffrey’s website. This blend is a medium roast and has flavor notes of honey and powdered sugar, so it’s definitely a sweet blend.
Between the specialty food and drink for “The Lion King” 30th anniversary and these specialty items, there’s going to be lots of delicious things to try over the next few months. Which food and drink items are you looking forward to trying?
