This week’s ears in the spotlight represent a favorite sweet treat.
These donut ears are the second version Disney has made. The first version was released about two years ago and the color scheme was a bit different. The “icing” and the headband was pink, and the bow was green. There is still some pink on this new version, but not quite as much.
The ears on this headband are the donuts. Instead of the pink, the donuts have a white icing this time. Also, instead of the little round sprinkles Disney used decorations that were shaped like sprinkles you would usually find on the donut. They used more of the sprinkles this time too, so more of the ears are covered. The back of the ears do not have the icing on them, they look like how a donut looks with no icing.
The bow on this headband is a pretty pink color. Pink sequins cover the bow on the front and back, so it should have a nice sparkle in the sun.
Two different colors can be found on the headband. On the outside of the headband find a light purple satin material, which compliments the pink colors in the headband nicely. The inside of the headband is a pink non-slip velour material. The pink is a little bit lighter of a pink than is on the bow.
These ears are really cute and, I think, even better than the first version. They’re a fun pair and would be great to wear to any of the parks. Today is the first day they’re online, so grab them while you can!
