A new show will soon take place on the Forecourt Stage at Cinderella Castle. It was announced a while back, but there is now a start date available for “Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire.”
According to Disney Parks Blog, the new show will debut on June 17, 2016. Through Mickey and the other characters (his Merry Makers) they will tell different Disney stories and celebrate stories of citizens from the magical kingdom.
The show will include an original song, music, dancing, costumes, and special effects. Some of the characters you can expect to see are:
- Mickey Mouse
- Minnie Mouse
- Donald Duck
- Daisy Duck
- Goofy
- Characters
- Frozen
- Tangled
- The Princess and the Frog
The show also celebrates all the great things that can happen when you try new things, visit new places, and when you make new friends.
This new show sounds so cute and I can’t wait to see it in person. It’s always fun to catch one of the castle shows while you are in the park.

Last year they were made available around the beginning of July, so hopefully that will be the case for this year. I have not heard anything yet, but when I do I will definitely post about it. 🙂
