With all the construction going on at Epcot, there have been some questions as to whether certain things will be returning. One question was whether Club Cool would be returning, and it seems Disney has answered that while announcing the opening of a new store.
Recently, Disney made the announcement that Creations Shop will be opening in Epcot this summer. This store will be a new flagship merchandise location and will include glass walls, which will give lots of natural light in this store. Also included in the design of Creations Shop will be murals of Mickey Mouse that decorate the space. You can see in Disney’s artist concept how open and bright the store will look.
While announcing the new store, Disney included a piece of information people had been wondering about for a while now. Creations Shop will be located adjacent to a revitalized Club Cool! So now we know that Club Cool will definitely be back, and sooner rather than later as Disney said it’s expected to open this summer. Guests will still be able to try different flavors from around the world, while also celebrating Coca-Cola in a “fresh new way.”
Disney has said that they will release more information about World Celebration soon, which includes all the updating like the new shop and the revitalized Club Cool. I’ll update when Disney releases that information.
