Disney Springs has some great dining experiences and they range from signature dining, to quick service, to food trucks and now there is a new pizza place in town. Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza is open for guests to enjoy.
This new pizza restaurant sounds like a lot of fun, because it’s a build-your-own pizza place. There is an assembly line that allows guests to customize their own pizza, or they have Signature Pizzas to choose from too, and they the pizzas go into the oven.
The other fun thing about this restaurant is that the pizzas get cooked really fast. How fast? There are two ovens that cook the pizzas in 180 seconds! Hence why this restaurant is considered a fast-casual restaurant.
They make the dough at the restaurant, so it’s fresh every day, and they have over 40 toppings and sauces to choose from. Looking for gluten-free dough or vegan cheese for your pizza? You are in luck, because they offer both options for the build-your-own pizzas. You can see the full menu on Disney’s website.
Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza also offers salads, desserts, and beverages (lemonades, aguas frescas, real cane sugar sodas, beer, and wine). They also note that all the pizza and salad ingredients do not have artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
The restaurant is themed after a 1850s sawmill that has been updated for the times. In addition to the fun theme there is a pretty big covered patio with seating. You can find this 5,000-square-foot restaurant in the Town Center section of Disney Springs, by D-Luxe Burger.
Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza does not accept Dining Plans. It was posted, originally, that Blaze does not accept Dining Plans, but thanks to Main Street Wishes reader Meghan we found out that they do. She was able to use her Quick Service Dining plan to get dinner. Thanks for the info, Meghan!
I’m pretty excited to build-my-own pizza!
Are you excited to try this new restaurant?
Thanks for reading!

Blaze actually does accept the Disney Dining Plan. I used a quick service meal for dinner last week. I was able to create my own pizza, and got a fountain drink plus a snores dessert. It was delicious!!!
That’s good to know! When I wrote this Disney’s website said Dining Plans were not accepted, but I will definitely make the correction. Thanks, Meghan! Glad to hear it was delicious! It’s going on the list of new places to try the next time I am there 🙂

Haven’t tried Blaze in Disney World, but there’s one here in Michigan. AWESOME!! Will most definitely try it our next trip to The World!! Very fast and good too!
Hi Mary!
Glad to hear you like it! I can’t wait to try the one in Disney World too 🙂
Liz, you won’t be disappointed. But, the S’more pie didn’t look appetizing. At least in the restaurant in Michigan!!
Hopefully, it’s better at Disney Springs
I hope it is! You’ll have to keep us posted! 🙂
