Disney recently released a trailer for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. People are, of course, excited for the latest installment of the saga to be released, but there was an additional announcement regarding the movie and a popular Disney ride.
Disney announced that on the same date that the movie is released (December 20) there will be additional destinations, which are from the new movie, that will be added to Star Tours – The Adventures Continue. These scenes will show up in Disneyland, Disney World, Disneyland Paris, and Tokyo Disney Resort.
In the announcement Disney did mention a new destination by name, the ocean moon Kef Bir. This is a scene that can be viewed in the trailer for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and Disney said, “All I can say at this point is that Starspeeders will be heading there soon!”
Disney said they will be sharing more details at a later date, so I’ll keep an eye out for that. At least we know there are more adventures coming to Star Tours! For now, you can check out Kef Bir in the final trailer for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
