More updates regarding hotel operations and Disney Springs have been released. Disney has been updating their closure information page regularly.
Resorts
Beginning March 20, all Disney owned-and-operated hotels at Disney World and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort will close at 5 p.m. The hotels will remained closed through the end of the month.
The Magical Express will continue transfers to and from Orlando International Airport through Friday, March 20.
Character dining and dinner shows may have modified experiences and characters present at the hotels from March 16 through the morning of March 20.
Disney has temporarily cancelled the Electrical Water Pageant around the Magic Kingdom Resort area.
In addition, offerings at Disney hotels have temporarily suspended services. These include: Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, all spa and salon locations, Character Couture services at salon locations.
Disney Springs
Beginning March 17 all Disney owned-and-operated stores will close and remain closed through the end of the month. There are select restaurants that my remain open, but guests should call the location they are looking to visit to see if they are open and what their hours are.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disney Springs is temporarily closed. In addition, character appearances, interactions, and entertainment are subject to change.
Transportation
Beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020 all Disney transportation will be suspended. It will remain closed through the end of the month.

These experiences have been temporarily cancelled:
- All Fireworks Cruises
- Highway in the Sky Dine Around
- Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage
- Ferrytale Firworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise
- Celebration at the Top – Savor, Sip, and Sparkle
- Day Cruise Around the World
- Disney Vacation Club Seven Seas Tasting Cruise
- Grand 1 Yacht Rentals
Also, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and miniature golf locations at Disney World closed today, March 16, and will remain closed through March 31. Any experiences occurring near or adjacent to the theme parks that guests have booked will be automatically refunded.
