Today’s Picture of the Day takes us to Tomorrowland Terrace in the Magic Kingdom.
As you can see from the picture, the Tomorrowland Terrace in the Magic Kingdom has a pretty good view of the castle. This is just one section of the outdoor seating, there is more to the left. So you can imagine that this would be a popular spot to watch the fireworks, especially since Tinker Bell flies right over the restaurant!
The Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace happens on select nights and gives guests the chance to enjoy some sweet treats and drinks before Wishes begins. After you fill up on the treats you can sit back and enjoy the show.
Here are some of the things offered at the party:

- Chocolate-dipped Strawberries
- Ice Cream
- Disney Character-themed Cupcakes
- Chocolate Mousse
- Drinks:
- Sparkling Cider
- Tea
- Hot Chocolate
- Coffee
- Signature Lemonades
If you plan on going to the party make sure to get there an hour before the posted start time for Wishes. You have to check in and then you will be allowed to go in and enjoy the food and drinks. The cost is $79 for adults and $47 for kids ages 3-9.
If you like desserts then this is a pretty delicious way to watch the fireworks. Plus, you don’t have to worry about being stuck in the crowd. You can be comfortable while watching the fireworks.

We did the Happy Hallowishes desert party and loved it. First we got a primo spot to watch the parade that was roped off for the group. Never had such a good view. Worth every penny. Then they escorted us over to the terrace for the dessert party and the fireworks show. Best view ever! We would do this again in a heartbeat.
Dessert party was great. Viewing was perfect. Did this on our 1st night of our most recent trip. My son unfortunately was too tired and we ended up heading back to the resort before the fireworks. Still a great experience, he loved it. Ate a few strawberries for sure.
