This week’s Snackshot is a popular treat that can be found at a lot of different locations around Disney World. These candy apples always have a Disney touch to them.
The apples in the picture below are some of their Halloween candy apples. This picture was taken last August when I was in Disney World for the beginning of the Halloween festivities. These candy apples were at Big Top Souvenirs in the Storybook Circus area of Magic Kingdom. This is one of my favorite places to get a candy apple, because they always have a good selection.
Disney also has fun candy apple designs for other holidays, like Christmas themed candy apples, and they also make character themed candy apples. The Halloween ones are always fun and have extra decorations on them. I’ve gotten the Minnie witch candy apple and it was enjoyed by everyone in the family.
You can make these candy apples at home, which helps to bring some magic home in between visits. They’re not super hard to make, but it can be a little time consuming. It’s definitely worth it though if you like Disney’s candy apples. To see how Disney makes them you can check out this Disney Parks Blog video from 2016 when they made Finding Dory candy apples. So cute and so good!
Have you ever tried one of Disney’s candy apples?
