Disney World’s “Incredible Summer” is underway and a new show has debuted as part of the fun. “The Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live!” started this past weekend and it sounds like fans are enjoying the show.
The show stars Star-Lord and Gamora from the popular movies. Disney says that the show “will take guests on a musical journey through the cosmos,” so you can expect to hear some of the music from the movies that Peter Quill (aka Star-Lord) loves so much.
I’ve talked to people who have seen the show and they said they really enjoyed it. The “Guardians of the Galaxy” movies are pretty popular and fans love the characters from the movies, so I’m not surprised that people like the show.
“Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live!” has five shows a day at the America Gardens Theatre in Epcot and will run through August 19. It’s included with park admission, so there is no extra fee to see the show.
In addition to the show, there will also be some “Guardians of the Galaxy” themed sweet treats and a themed souvenir cup.
