Trail’s End, located at Disney’s Fort Wilderness, had closed a few months back for a refurbishment. It reopened on July 27 looking a bit different and with a new quick-service menu.
For the look, expect to see wood furnishings, beamed ceilings, and rustic touches throughout the restaurant. Disney wanted to spotlight the quaint feeling and charm of Fort Wilderness. From the pictures Disney released below, it looks like they’ve accomplished that. There’s a good amount of seating too, so guests can take their food to go or grab a table and enjoy the food at the restaurant.
Now for the food. There are a variety of items available, so everyone in the group is sure to find something they like. The new menu includes items like:
On-Stage Pizza Station
- Smokehouse-Style Pizza – A pizza topped with house-smoked brisket, sausage, and pepperoni
- Roasted Vegetable Pizza
- Pepperoni Pizza
- Cheese Pizza
Hot Grab and Go
- Pecan-Smoked Whole Chicken
- Brisket
- Rack of Pork Ribs
- Fried Chicken
- Mac & Cheese
- Plant-Based Cowboy Beans
- Mashed Potatoes
Classic and New Items
- Cheeseburgers
- Plant-Based Vegetable Burgers
- Chicken Nuggets
- French Fries
- Pioneer Berry Salad (Returning Favorite)
- Chicken Wrap with house-made blueberry BBQ Sauce (New)
