Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guess as to where it is located. As always we had some good guesses, but some of you knew exactly where to find these props.
Six of you knew the props can be found in the queue line for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. This popular ride is located in Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios. Specifically, the props are located above the game table where guests can have pictures taken. It’s located in the large waiting area, right before you get on the ride, which is where guests are given their position on the Millennium Falcon. They will be one of two pilots, gunners, or engineers.
The experience is very immersive and that begins outside the ride building when you see the Millennium Falcon parked outside. As you wind your way through the multi-level queue line you will see the ship from different heights and angles, which is pretty cool. There’s also some fun conversations and announcements that are made over the PA system while you are waiting in line. It’s a really well done queue line with the design, the effects, and the announcements that surround guests as they wait in line.
Once you get to the area where they assign you your flight crew position you will be able to wonder around this room. There’s a lot to see here too, so make sure to check out the details. This is where you will see the props above the famous table every Star Wars fan knows (“Let the Wookiee win”).
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is a fun ride and worth checking out. Guests who are traveling solo, or who don’t mind the possibility of not riding with their travel party, can check out the Single Rider line available for this attraction. This is such a fun and well-detailed ride. Even people who aren’t fans of Star Wars enjoy it. Definitely check it out during your next visit to Hollywood Studios!
Congratulations to those who knew where to find the props and thanks to everyone who played along! Another Where is it Wednesday picture will be up soon! Have you been on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run?
Thanks for reading!
