Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guesses as to where it is located. As always we had some great guesses, but six people knew exactly where to find the camera.
Congratulations to Steve, Michael, Judy, Melanie, Caroline, and Linda, who all knew that the camera is located in Hollywood Studios. Specifically, the camera is located outside of one of the stores you see when you first enter the park, The Darkroom. In this shop guests will find different merchandise, such as pins, MagicBands, phone cases, and more. Even if you are not looking to buy anything, it’s a good place to get out of the heat for a bit and enjoy the air conditioning.
The Darkroom is only one of the stores guests will find along Hollywood Boulevard. Some of the other shops guests can visit are Celebrity 5 & 10, Mickey’s of Hollywood, and Oscar’s Super Service. If you’re not in a hurry to get to the rides, checking out the stores is a nice, slow paced way to start the day in the park. Plus, as I said above, it’s a good way to cool off in some air conditioning.
At the end of Hollywood Boulevard, after the shops, is The Trolley Car Cafe. If you are looking for coffee, tea, or pastries, this is your stop. This is the Starbucks location in the park, so if you are a Starbucks drinker stop here to get your favorite drink. The Trolley Car Cafe has a unique design and definitely fits with the theme of old Hollywood.
