Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guesses as to where it is located. Not surprising quite a few people knew exactly where to find these windows.
Congratulations to everyone who knew the windows are located above the Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom. Cleary, this is a popular spot and for good reason. It’s one of the first things guests will see (and smell) when they enter Magic Kingdom and it’s hard to pass up stopping inside. The design of the building and store is inviting in and of itself. Designed to look like an old-fashioned candy shop, it’s a delicious stop while visiting Magic Kingdom.
Guests will find a variety of different sweet treats inside this shop. Candy apples, Mickey (and other character) rice krispie treats, cookies, candy, and more. There are some customizable treats available here, as well. Try out the Glacier Bar where candies can be mixed in with flavored frozen drinks. Or, guests can try the Kernel Kitchen where you can create a popcorn mixture all your own. There are four different popcorn flavors, chocolate drizzle, and 2 or 3 candy mix-ins available to choose from at the Kernel Kitchen.
Some housewares are also available at this shop. So even if you’re not looking for a sweet treat, it’s a fun stop to make while in Magic Kingdom.
Congratulations again to everyone who knew where to find the windows and thanks to everyone who played along! Another Where is it Wednesday picture will be up soon.
What’s your favorite thing to get at Main Street Confectionery?
