Last week I posted the above picture and asked for guesses as to where it is located. There were some good guesses and four people knew exactly where to find the seating area.
Congratulations to Kathy, Pam, Abbie, and Randi, who all knew the seating area can be found at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. These seating areas are located by the elevators in the lodge, with this particular area being on the fourth floor. I’m not sure how often seating areas like these get used, due to where they are, but they definitely add a nice touch to the theme of the resort.
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is inspired by America’s Northwest and the turn-of-the-century National Park lodges. From the second you step into the impressive lobby, the rustic vibe is felt. With high ceilings and lots of rustic decor, this is one of Disney’s impressive hotel lobbies. There is even a stream that runs to the outside from the lobby. If you are staying at this resort, or just visiting, and want to take some time to sit and relax there is no shortage of areas to sit. The resort also has rocking chairs that overlook the creek outside, which is a good spot for relaxing.

- Copper Creek Springs Pool – This is the main pool at the resort with a 67-foot waterslide that is built into rocks.
